Aesthetic and conservative dentistry

Preserve.Harmonise.Reveal.

Aesthetic dentistry guided by natural results, precision and the preservation of dental tissue.

The most beautiful result is the one that looks as though it had always been there.

Every smile is approached as a balance to be understood, never as a template to reproduce.

Diagnosis, photography and planning make it possible to weigh the most conservative options first. Whitening, infiltration, restoration or simply not intervening: the choice follows the clinical situation.

What would you like to change about your smile?

The colour of my teeth

Do your teeth look too yellow, or your smile less bright than it used to be? Tooth shade can be natural or change over time. Whitening can be considered once the health of your teeth and gums has been checked. The consultation identifies where the colour comes from and explains the results you can reasonably expect.

Marks on my teeth

Do white or brown marks catch your eye when you smile? They can differ in origin and in depth. Depending on their nature, resin infiltration or other targeted treatments can make them less visible while preserving as much enamel as possible. The examination explains these marks and helps choose the approach that suits your teeth.

The shape or proportions of my teeth

A tooth that is too short, a chipped edge, or proportions that seem out of balance? A localised correction is sometimes enough to harmonise the smile. Depending on your situation, added composite, a ceramic veneer or an adjustment of the gum line may be considered. We look at the possibilities together, giving priority to preserving your teeth and respecting the way they work.

Gaps between my teeth

Does a gap between your teeth bother you when you smile? How it can be corrected depends on the position and width of the teeth and on the health of the gums. Added composite can sometimes reduce it; in other situations, orthodontics or veneers are more suitable. The consultation helps choose a solution that respects the proportions of your smile and keeps the spaces between your teeth easy to clean.

Worn or damaged teeth

Do your teeth look shorter, are their edges crumbling, or have they become sensitive? Wear can combine several factors, including acidity and friction between the teeth. Before rebuilding them, it is important to understand what is weakening them. An assessment measures the wear and looks for its causes.

Tooth wearSee a similar case

An old restoration

Has an old composite filling become more noticeable, does a crown no longer match in colour, or does an edge look dark? The examination distinguishes an aesthetic concern from a defect that needs treatment. Depending on the condition of the tooth and of the restoration, polishing, a targeted repair or a replacement may be suggested to help it blend into your smile.

I don’t know where to start

Something about your smile bothers you, but you are not sure exactly what you would like to change? You do not need to know which treatment to ask for. The first consultation is a time to talk and to observe: to understand what you are hoping for, examine your teeth and explain the possibilities, their limits and any steps involved. You leave with clear points of reference, to decide at your own pace.
